Job Description

A client of Insight Global is hiring for a AV technician to join their clients team out of the East Hanover, NJ area. This person will be supporting one of their clients and be responsible for covering their global HQ location. This person will be responsible for providing white glove service and AV repairs of the clients AV and integrated conference rooms. This person will also interface with original equipment manufacturers, developers, engineers, and project managers to provide resolutions for highly complex system and help perform remote troubleshooting for local and regional offices when necessary. This person will also be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing webcasting events for the US, Canada, Central America, South America, and Australia. This role will be onsite everyday M-F from 7 AM to 4 PM.

3+ years of experience within an AV technical support role
Experience with Global Meet for Webcasting
Experience with AV equipment
Crestron
Poly
Microsoft teams
Experience with networking and connectivity (Cisco) Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software
Experience in a client facing environment/ White Glove Service
