Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer with strong experience in high-voltage industrial systems and construction-based electrical projects. This role is focused on designing, installing, and upgrading electrical infrastructure across a large-scale manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in industrial environments and be comfortable managing complex electrical projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical infrastructure projects (approx. 70% of role), including:

Designing and installing high-voltage systems (480V 3-phase)
Upgrading substations and underground electrical systems
Planning and executing construction-related electrical work
Designing and installing VFDs and custom electrical panels


Provide troubleshooting support for electrical systems and equipment (approx. 30% of role)
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for installation and commissioning
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support procurement of materials and equipment for electrical projects
Maintain documentation and reporting for engineering activities

Required Skills & Experience

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
5–7 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering
Strong background in high-voltage systems, substations, and electrical construction
Experience with VFD installation and panel design
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in manufacturing environments with large-scale electrical infrastructure
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and construction permitting
Strong interpersonal skills for managing contractors and collaborating with operations
