Job Description

Insight Global seeking a dedicated Sr, Distribution Center Manager to oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial goals, and foster cross-departmental communication. This role involves leading a team to achieve high standards of product quality and customer service, collaborating on strategic planning, and promoting a culture of transparency and respect. Key responsibilities include financial management, operations oversight, customer service, contingency planning, and technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in distribution management, strong financial and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Distribution, offering competitive salary and benefits.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years in DC Site Management, including 3+ years in a leadership role within the Consumer Products industry.
- Multi-site management experience (desirable but not required).
- Proven ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution; strong partnership with HR.
- Ability to create and maintain positive morale and a highly engaged team.
- Strong verbal and email communication skills.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Systems, and Warehouse Slotting software.
- Experience in private fleet management and retail delivery.
- WMS Software Experience
- Strong preference for Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience; required experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style.

- SAP eWM experience
