Job Description
The Power BI Developer will be apart of the Business Intelligence team and collaborate with the business group. On a daily basis, the developer will focus on decommissioning existing SAP POS and SAP Business Objects reporting systems by transforming these legacy reports into dynamic, interactive Power BI dashboards. The developer is expected to critically analyze each report and reimagine how data can be presented to provide more meaningful insights. The primary objective is to transform static reporting into dynamic, actionable business intelligence tools that can help employees develop a more data-driven mindset. The role requires direct engagement with business stakeholders, challenging them to articulate specific questions they want answered through the dashboards. The developer will spend time meeting with different business units, understanding their data needs, and designing visualizations that go beyond traditional reporting. They'll be responsible for data profiling, ensuring dashboard accuracy, and creating tools that enable better decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years of experience with PowerBI
• Experience with SAP reporting systems
• Data visualization and storytelling expertise
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Portfolio demonstrating previous dashboard work
