-Contact insurance companies to resolve unpaid balances on home health accounts
-Inform management of issues with accounts that require client intervention
-Assist with the resolution of credit balances in a timely manner
-Obtain information from insurance companies to foster claim adjudication
-Other duties as assigned

- Experience with home health medical billing procedures and terminologies- MINIMAL 1 YEAR
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Detail oriented, strong problem solving, and research skills
- Ability to meet productivity goals
