Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Follow-Up Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on workers' compensation claims to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on workers' compensation claims to ensure they are processed accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and claimants to gather necessary information and resolve issues
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the claims process.
- Generate and review reports to track the status of claims and identify any areas needing attention.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in workers' compensation claims processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for claims management
- Understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations
