Job Description
The WMS Integration Lead serves as the technical-functional expert responsible for designing, supporting, and governing integrations and data structures within the Manhattan WMS ecosystem. This individual will own data mapping standards, WMS data tables, canonical data alignment, and integration frameworks between Manhattan Active WM and/or Manhattan SCALE and surrounding systems such as ERP, OMS, TMS, parcel, automation, and client platforms. Day-to-day, they will create mapping guides, define transformation rules, troubleshoot integration and transaction issues, support WMS implementations and migrations, and partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, and Implementation teams to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalable warehouse solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years supporting WMS implementation, integration, migration, conversion, etc. efforts
- Experience with Manhattan Active and/or Manhattan SCALE
- Experience creating + maintaining mapping guides and transformation logic
- Strong understanding of WMS data tables, transaction flows, configuration, and data mapping
- Experience with Boomi for integration development is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with: APIs, EDI, JSON, XML, and Middleware platforms (i.e. Boomi)
- Experience troubleshooting integration failures, transaction errors, and data discrepancies
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, data governance, master data management, canonical data models, etc.
