We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Project Manager/Scrum Master to manage a variety of projects and enhancements for a complex, custom-built application. This platform has evolved over the past 20 years and now includes over 60 integrated applications, spanning both legacy and modern technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid methodology environment, as the team is currently transitioning from a traditional waterfall approach to a more agile lifecycle. This individual will build out project charters, manage/track the projects from inception to completion and ensure they stay on time and within budget. They will also act as scrum master - scheduling and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives & sprint review meetings) and proactively communication all updates to management.

5+ years of experience as a project management/Scrum Master
Experience working in a hybrid waterfall/agile environment
Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level applications
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow
