This role will be reporting into IT finance and will work in the Data Platform & Governance (DPG) portfolio, use SAFe methodologies to ensure successful and timely delivery of digital data transformation and innovation projects. This role will lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews as well as coach the team and organization on Agile and Scrum practices, with a focus on the unique needs of the CPG industry. This includes product lifecycles, go-to-market strategies, and supply chain complexities. They will support the product owners with backlog and stakeholder communication, guide the team towards continuous improvement and monitor team progress during sprints, ensuring alignment with sprint goals using metrics such as burndown charts or velocity. This PM/ Scrum Master will be working on a new project within their treasury area to build a forecasting application for them. This will be a Cash Flow forecasting application. As of now the treasury department does forecasting on a daily basis for inflows and outflows. As of now this is all manual. This project will help to automate some of that and eliminate processes and manual steps. The person coming into this role should have a strong understanding of financial systems and financial terminology as well as data projects and be a strong PM/ Scrum Master in both a waterfall and agile setting. Pay is around 55-60/hr
