A large manufacturing client in Camden, NJ is hiring an IT Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for helping support the IT organization with a wide array of responsibilities such as generalized break-fix support, troubleshooting software issues, setting up new user accounts, basic system administration tasks and network support. This position is onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) in Camden, New Jersey.

- 5+ years of IT support experience - troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience supporting and managing Office 365 - setting up new users, group policies etc..
- Understanding of basic system administration and networking
- Experience using a ticketing system
