A client of Insight Global is seeking three Physical Security Technicians or Specialists to join their centralized IT operations team 5 days a week onsite in Camden, NJ. The team plays a crucial role in managing, monitoring, coordinating, and responding to incidents for the enterprise as a whole. The Physical Security Tech's will be responsible for monitoring multiple different facilities and site locations which include but are not limited to monitoring alarm systems, sensors, cameras, access control points, and managing security incidents in real time with the accurate response.
*Must be able and willing to work on weekends and overnight when required.

1-2+ years of experience in IT Physical Security monitoring at an enterprise organization.
Real-time management of security incidents by logging, tracking, and resolving reports with a coordinated response.
Utilizing alarm monitoring systems such as Lenel OnGuard, monitoring alarms from various sources like sensors, cameras, and access control points.
Correlating alarms from various systems to identify patterns, prioritize responses, and reduce false alarms
Experience managing and controlling access to different facility areas, including access badges, permissions, requests, and video surveillance utilizing camera monitoring systems such as ExacVision and Milestone.
Escalating network infrastructure issues.
Education: Associates degree or higher in a related field
Relevant certifications (PSP, CPP, CSS) are a plus.
