Healthcare Process Improvement Specialist (Black Belt)

A large Hospital System local to South Jersey is looking to hire a Process Improvement/Operation Excellence Specialist to join their Population Intelligence team. This person will apply Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies to deploy projects aimed at reducing variation and eliminating waste within the hospital system. They will work with the data teams to identify trends, observe, gather and manipulate data to create and transform processes that will help with production flow and operations of the team/organization. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously relating to, but not limited to rev cycle, call center, and clinical projects. This person will also assist with leading junior members of the team and presenting to stakeholders.

Active Six Sigma Black Belt Cert
Bachelors Degree
8+ years of Healthcare expereince specifically in the process improvement space
Expereince managing 5+ healthcare projects simultaneously
Experience visualizing, working & manipulating healthcare data utilizing, excel, tableau or minitab
Background following/using the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control)
