Director of Medical Services

Insight Global is looking for a Director of Medical Services with a nursing background to oversee a team of providers, LPNs, and MA's for one of their social service clients in south Jersey. This individual will be responsible for traveling to all 7 sites as needed to oversee a medical team composed of providers, LPNs, and MAs who treat the youth of the program. This Director will balance hands on clinical duties with administrative/supervisory work. This will include ensuring program compliance with ORR regulations, managing schedules, completing intakes, attend community stakeholder meetings, and attend clinic twice a week.

• Active NJ RN license
• At least 1 year of experience supervising nursing or medical teams (3+ years preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience with adolescent or youth population
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Strong compliance and policy knowledge

• 1 year minimum in social service setting
• Master's Degree in Nursing
