Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the migration from Oracle to AWS for a large automotive client. This individual will partner closely with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to ensure all project documentation—including impact assessments, functional specifications, and user stories—are thoroughly developed, accurate, and maintained in real time. The BSA will also track and communicate migration progress to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
The BSA will also play a key role in coordinating with the third-party vendor supporting the migration. This includes ensuring that all documentation provided to the vendor is complete, detailed, and actionable, enabling successful execution. In return, the BSA will be responsible for reviewing deliverables from the vendor to confirm that all components are clearly defined and meet expectations, as well as reviewing test plans and test results to ensure alignment with requirements and acceptance criteria. If gaps or inconsistencies are identified, the BSA will proactively work with both internal stakeholders and the vendor to gather the necessary details and ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of BSA experience
Experience supporting and documenting a cloud migration/ writing solutions in a cloud environment
Experience reviewing test plans to ensure alignment
Extensive experience creating technical requirement/specs and user stories
Extensive experience with tools such as: JIRA, Confluence and PowerPoint
Experience working with a 3rd party vendor
