Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the delivery of Connected Vehicle features targeted for the 2028 model year and beyond. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, PMO leadership, vendors, and global partners, helping drive successful feature delivery from initial planning through deployment.

The BSA will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of upcoming Connected Vehicle capabilities and evaluating their impact across existing applications, integrations, business processes, and cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify system dependencies, potential risks, and downstream impacts across a complex technology landscape.

The ideal candidate is a highly independent and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst with experience working across application ecosystems, APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms. They will lead requirements gathering sessions, document business and technical requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, identify risks and dependencies, develop process documentation and presentations, and drive action items through completion.

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that requires someone who can proactively move initiatives forward, balance competing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Agile delivery processes, maintaining visibility into project status and feature progress, and ensuring teams remain aligned on priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
