Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the delivery of new Connected Vehicle features planned for the 2028 model year and beyond. This role requires the BSA to develop a deep understanding of how upcoming features will impact existing systems, application workflows, integrations, and cross team dependencies. Responsibilities include identifying downstream impacts, ensuring requirements are complete and accurate, and maintaining visibility across all activities to support efficient execution.
As a central liaison for the Connected Platform Systems and Services Engineering across Agile teams, IT teams, the Project Manager, PMO, the parent company, and vendor partners, the BSA will ensure consistent alignment across all stakeholders. The BSA will support timeline management, communicate scope and requirement changes, and ensure action items are captured, tracked, and completed.
A core responsibility includes gathering, writing, updating, and managing requirements including user stories and/or technical user stories when needed for each feature within the Connected 2028 program, and ensuring all deliverables successfully progress through the PMO Stage Gate process with accurate documentation and timely updates. Additionally, responsibilities include reviewing user stories and technical user stories to ensure completeness and alignment to the feature expectations.
This role requires flexibility, as the BSA will participate in two bi weekly calls and one weekly call that may occur outside standard business hours to accommodate global stakeholders. The individual would have flexibility of schedule for accommodating meeting outside standard business hours.
