Insight Global is looking for a Pharma Project Manager to be apart of Bausch + Lomb's Digital Strategy team. This team manages all of the commercial data coming into the system and helps manage technical projects for their four business units which includes Vision Care, Surgical, Consumer, and Pharma. This candidate will be assisting in managing multiple projects that align to their business operations, including building online eCommerce stores for Consumer, building websites for their Vision Care, omni channel engagement and marketing for Pharma, med device focused for their Surgical unit, etc. This candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans and aligning teams to deliver the expected results for the business. Your focus will be in digital delivery, ensuring efficient and effective execution. On a day-to-day basis you will be organizing, aligning teams, taking meeting minutes, creating action items to maintain alignment, and working with specific business units on their biggest projects early on. This candidate will have experience in tried-and-true delivery, being able to pivot, and knows project management from initiation to closure, including lessons learned. This candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a rapidly growing digital team environment.

6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
Expertise in pharma delivery & project plans (CRM background, marketing Salesforce cloud experience, website experience, any HCP engagement experience)
Experience with budget management, HR, timeline, risk, product development
Experience organizing, aligning teams, taking meeting minutes, creating action items
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate heavily with stakeholders
