Job Description
Seeking a Specialist Copywriter to provide coverage during absences and assist with heavy workloads. The role requires strong skills in writing and editing for digital, print, and social media, ensuring content matches our brand voice and boosts engagement. HCP writing experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write clear, effective copy for marketing channels including ads, web, blogs, social media, email, and print.
• Work collaboratively with teams across brand, design, social media, and project management to ensure consistent, cohesive messaging and brand narratives.
• Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Keep up with industry best practices and emerging trends in copywriting and digital marketing.
• Translate & Adapt scientific data/verbiage into consumer-friendly claims for brand use and for submission to claims council.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is standard and expected.
• At least 3–5 years as a copywriter or in a similar role, especially in corporate or agency settings.
• HCP & Consumer Marketing: Experience writing for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies are essential for modern copywriting.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong writing, editing, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Industry Knowledge: Health and wellness familiarity adds relevance.
Must have access to a personal laptop (Mac or Dell preferred).
