Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Training Developer/Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical client, within their MARS Team (Metrics, Analytics, Reporting & Solutions), to support the adoption of Reporting Solutions and Dashboards by providing end users with a thorough training curriculum. The incumbent will develop and deliver the training materials, maintain them in an organized structure, and work closely with the business functions to assess and improve on adoption through education. Training materials will largely focus on navigation and use of Dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in life sciences / pharmaceutical company in an R&D department (Clinical Operations, Data Sciences, etc.).
• Must have professional experience in developing and presenting complex material to large audiences.
• Experience in developing training material in PowerPoint and producing training videos.
• Ability to organize training libraries, and document tasks in JIRA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s or higher degree
