Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to guide our Technology Agile teams in delivering high-value, quality software solutions. The ideal candidate acts as a servant leader, managing program-level impediments, facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Flow of Value: Monitor and the ART’s value delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Risk & Impediment Management: Identify, track, and escalate bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product management, and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive Improvement: Promote relentless improvement through Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops.
• Facilitate PI Planning: Organize and facilitate PI planning events, including agenda management, dependency identification, and retrospective sessions
• Coach & Mentor: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Managers in Lean-Agile practices.
• Tracks program progress and quarterly metrics
• Planning: Establishing and communicating calendars for iterations and program increments.
• Tracking: Managing and tracking the PI using tools like JIRA, and Confluence.
• Transparency: Maintaining transparency regarding program execution.
• Coaching: Coach ART roles – The RTE coaches Business Owners, System Architects, and Product Manager

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as and RTE in a SAFe environment.
• Certification: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is highly preferred.
• E-commerce based websites and digital channels
• Communication: Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
