Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visually creative Project Manager / Presentation Expert with a strong storytelling ability to join our Telecom CX organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can ramp up quickly, and is passionate about crafting compelling narratives through presentations. You will work closely with senior directors to elevate executive-level communications and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that tell a clear, compelling story aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and assist directors with presentation needs, project coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Act as a visual storyteller, bringing creativity and clarity to executive decks, town halls, and strategic reviews.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in presentation design and storytelling, preferably in a corporate or telecom environment.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suites, PowerPoint, and other visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset
