A highly analytical and technically proficient consultant with deep experience in consumer-facing business units. Specializing in rationalizing product portfolios by leveraging a technical and engineering background to evaluate project feasibility and strategic value. Expert at synthesizing insights from competitive analysis, technical asset reviews, and first- and third-party research to provide clear, data-driven recommendations that optimize resource allocation and drive business growth.
● Strategic Portfolio Rationalization: Skilled at evaluating and prioritizing a pipeline of technical projects and products through a strategic lens, ensuring alignment with consumer business goals and market demands.
● Technical & Product Evaluation: Proven ability to assess technical architectures and product assets to identify opportunities for optimization, new feature development, and strategic investment.
● Competitive & Market Intelligence: Adept at analyzing the competitive landscape and consumer market trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas of differentiation.
● Data-Driven Analysis: Proficient in using first- and third-party research, as well as internal data, to build a compelling case for project investment or deprioritization.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working with engineering, product, and business teams to translate strategic insights into actionable plans and requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
● Experience: 8-10 years of experience in product management or technical analysis roles within consumer business units.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of consumer technologies and experience working directly with engineering teams to define and evaluate product requirements.
● Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
● Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Portfolio Strategy: Played an integral role in generating and evaluating new product concepts, managing the pipeline from ideation to commercialization to identify high-potential offerings that could drive new revenue streams.
● Technical Feasibility & Asset Review: Collaborated with engineering teams to assess technical requirements and evaluate the feasibility of new products, ensuring proposals were grounded in sound technical understanding.
● Market & Competitive Analysis: Conducted comprehensive market and competitive analysis, including in-depth reviews of Verizon's competitive stance, to inform product roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
● Data-Informed Decision Making: Drove the New Product Innovation process by synthesizing insights from user research, beta trials, and external partner evaluations to build a clear, data-driven case for commercialization.
● Strategic Communication: Presented strategic findings and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business, clearly articulating the rationale for project prioritization and resource allocation.
