Job Description
We are looking for a Content Strategist who can shape how users discover, understand, and engage with digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, UX principles, content design expertise, and data-driven decision-making to create intuitive user journeys across digital products. This person should be comfortable conducting research, developing content frameworks, organizing information architecture, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and impactful experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Content Strategy, UX Content Strategy, or Digital Content experience
Experience developing content strategies for websites and mobile applications
Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies
Experience with information architecture, content modeling, taxonomy, and navigation design
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, user-friendly language
Experience partnering with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers
Familiarity with analytics, content measurement, A/B testing, and optimization strategies
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive content practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Enterprise-scale website or application experience
Experience with content governance and design systems
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
Experience leading content audits and content migration initiatives
