Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Project Support Consultant to join our Telecom CX organization. This team member will collaborate with cross-functional teams including audit, compliance, fraud, and legal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance operations and project management, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational and project support across compliance-related initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage incoming requests for information from audit, compliance, fraud, and legal teams.
• Assist in gathering documentation, screenshots, and legal copy for regulatory and legal reviews.
• Track and manage tasks within the compliance space, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.
• Help facilitate project workflows without owning final recommendations or strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years of experience in compliance supporting audit, legal operations, or related project support roles.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Familiarity with telecom industry compliance standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
