Job Description
We are seeking a highly technical yet business-savvy individual to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-hat environment and can independently drive product evaluations, integration strategies, and chatbot performance analysis. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the Value Organization.
Key Responsibilities
• System Analysis & Evaluation
o Conduct business-formatted technical evaluations and discovery analysis.
o Analyze chatbot AI performance (e.g., 50% failure vs. 50% success on use cases).
o Document findings and present leadership summaries.
• Third-Party Integration Oversight
o Define roles and responsibilities for third-party vendors within the new tech stack.
o Evaluate vendor contributions and integration impact.
o Create and assess use cases for chatbot and platform tools.
• Product & Platform Strategy
o Support migration efforts (e.g., PEGA, Legacy ChatBot, New Loyalty Platform).
o Ensure apples-to-apples comparisons across platforms.
o Maximize tool usage and documentation analysis.
• Stakeholder Support
o Provide strategic support for leadership teams without direct coaching.
o Work across five business bands to deliver actionable insights.
• Soft Skills & Presentation
o Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
o Read the room effectively during vendor and stakeholder engagements.
o Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language (“ducks and bunny” style).

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years plus of proven experience in system analysis & product evaluation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Exceptional soft skills and ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct business-formatted technical evaluations and discovery analysis.
• Skilled in creating and regurgitating use cases in simplified formats.
