Insight Global is seeking CCIE‑level Network Engineers to serve as subject matter experts (SMEs) supporting a large‑scale network transformation initiative within the financial services space. In this role, engineers will provide advanced technical guidance on complex network architectures, contribute to configuration and design strategies, and lead high‑level troubleshooting efforts. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in routing and switching, Network Address Translation (NAT), IP addressing, and has hands‑on experience designing, planning, and executing network migrations. This position will work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable network solutions throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
-Extensive hands‑on experience supporting complex enterprise networks
-Strong routing and switching background in large, mission‑critical environments
-Proven experience with NAT design, implementation, and troubleshooting
-Deep understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and network architecture design
-Demonstrated experience planning and executing large‑scale network migrations
-Active CCIE certification
-Experience in a customer/stakeholder facing role
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting data center migrations and/or enterprise-wide network transformations
