Insight Global is seeking and UX/UI designer to support a customer facing design portfolio. The portfolio will be focused on a mix of mobile app, mobile web design and desktop based design. It is important for candidates to understand an omnichannel, customer facing environment with multiple digital touchpoints. Candidates will be focused on a portfolio of consumer facing design activities related to Customer Support, Network Mapping and Notifications, as well as a concepting track that is in early stages of creation. Being able to work within ambiguous product needs will be important to help define and concept futuristic designs. On a day to day candidates will be meeting with product and development stakeholders, working with them to discuss and implement design and share design thought process for improvements to the overall product and services, as well as working within a enterprise design system to create pixel perfect visuals and next generational concepts for customers to manage their plans, devices and equipment. Delivery of content and landing pages, customer journey mapping and solving complex design challenges will be expected in the role. There is a content strategy team and design research team candidates will partner with to be able to focus on designing the experience. The team is eager for someone to take initiative, build strong stakeholder relationships and be autonomous, while also partner and collaborate effectively.
