Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer. This team will be supporting customer facing design for messaging systems aligned to two way communication. The candidates shall be responsible for building and delivering on end-to-end User Experience (UX) Design across Digital Journey portfolios within an Agile team. Candidates will be responsible for a track of work that supports conversational flows, sales chat and digital support chat bot features. Candidates will be designing the end to end consumer experience for a chatbot that interfaces both with customer service representatives and the consumer. Candidates should be comfortable enough with information architecture to draft flows alongside Content Strategy partners. This role requires the ability to create strong partnerships with product partners and handle ambiguity, bringing structure to unclear requirements and design needs. There is complexity across multiple different consumer facing touchpoints. Candidates will be designing for all digital platforms, work in agile environments to communicate and lead design specs with stakeholders, as well as implementing design strategy and new feature design within the UX and UI functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience within Product Design
Hands on with Figma
Understanding of Information Architecture
Extensive experience understanding the customer journey for digital experiences
Hands on experience creating journey maps, complex user flows and bringing structure to complex tracks of work
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work within an ambiguous track of work
Cross team collaboration and ability to work through different use cases that could be slated for development
Ability to deliver UI/Visual design when needed
Portfolio with up to date work showing flow and process

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Conversation or messaging design
Business to Consumer two way communication - messaging/chat bot/ complex flows
