Insight Global is looking for a Lead Business Analyst for one of their largest Telecom clients. This individual should have a proven expertise within Marketing analytics, preferably Adobe Analytics, as well as strong experience with Tag Management System. This resource will help in measurement and reporting for cross-functional teams as they plan, build and launch world-class experiences. You will help translate raw data into actionable insights and
better experiences for customers. Your deep knowledge of measurement solutions will help to determine the best approaches for implementations that best meet business needs. Responsibilities include working with digital analytics & marketing teams to decipher business requirements, deliver implementations which meet those requirements, translate business requirements to implementation specifications for developers, design & maintain high level documents, effectively troubleshoot & analyze complex issues related to JavaScript tags & data discrepancies, write automated tests to ensure tags are firing as expected, and maintain JIRA board for ongoing projects and tasks. Exceptional written & verbal communication skills are critical for this role as you will be interfacing with cross-functional teams and stakeholders often.

-6+ years of experience in Business Analysis with an expertise in requirement gathering.
-Strong experience with Marketing analytics technologies (preferably Adobe Analytics)
-Experience working with Tag Management System (TMS)
-Experience conducting root cause analysis with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics
-Troubleshooting experience using browser debugging tools (Chrome Dev Tools, Firebug, etc)
-Basic understanding of front end technologies like JavaScript, HTML & CSS
