Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a full-service Engineering Consulting company located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The role is 100% on-site and the ideal candidate will be on-site 5 days a week. This person should have 4+ years of experience in the Civil Engineering space focused in vertical building. This person will work with our clients in-house project Pre-Construction Team, Design Professionals, Municipal Authorities, Subcontractors and Owners to manage an array of Commercial and Industrial projects for a self-performing General Contractor in New England.



Responsibilities also include:



- Oversee and direct construction projects from concept to completion.

- Negotiate contracts.

- Develop project schedules.

- Budget management and estimating including material take-offs.

- Analyze, manage and mitigate risk.

- Management of the following project systems: customer, resources, documents, job cost control and change orders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.

- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

- Proficiency with MSOffice, Project and Outlook

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Self-starter and willingness to learn and motivate others.

- Eager to work and support the growth of the company.

- Ability to draft and design in AutoCAD and Revit.
