Job Description

We’re seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager with deep experience supporting the design, validation, and mass production of complex hardware systems. This role will lead cross‑functional engineering programs for rack‑mounted networking or server products, owning schedules, milestones, and execution from design reviews through manufacturing readiness. Ideal candidates bring a strong engineering background, hands‑on NPI experience, and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of experience in hardware-focused program or project management
-2+ years in a Program Manager role supporting engineering teams
-Engineering degree -Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred
-Prior experience as a design engineer and/or manufacturing engineer

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Exposure to liquid‑cooled systems
