Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an Associate Financial Advisor for a fast-paced, client-focused financial advisory firm in Nashua, NH. The Associate Financial Advisor will play an instrumental role in supporting daily business operations, assisting lead advisors in helping clients achieve their financial goals, and gradually building their own client base. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both client interaction and operational support, and who is eager to grow within a professional, ethical, and collaborative environment.

Marketing & Client Acquisition (50%)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Network with local professionals and reciprocal partners (real estate attorneys, accountants, estate planners, mortgage brokers, insurance agents).
- Prospect by engaging with local businesses and community organizations.
- Coordinate and participate in client seminars and appreciation events.

Financial Planning & Advice (25%)
- Gather and analyze client data; prepare financial plans and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings (discovery, presentation, and ongoing reviews).
- Shadow senior advisors to learn best practices and client engagement strategies.
- Support data entry, filing, and preparation for meetings.

Business Management & Client Care (25%)
- Maintain client management systems and records.
- Respond to client communications and provide administrative support.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Motivation to work in a small, boutique firm environment (not seeking large firm experience).
- Strong interest in sales and client acquisition.
- Willingness to receive and manage clients referred from senior advisors
- Desire to build long-term relationships and provide high-touch client service.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in finance or related area is a plus
- Existing Series 7 and/or 66 or other relevant licenses are a plus; candidates already working at a firm and licensed are highly valued.
