Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join a fast-paced, client-focused financial advisory firm in Nashua, NH. The Administrative Assistant will support daily business operations, allowing advisors to focus on client relationships and business growth. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support (90%)
• Prepare correspondence for advisor signature.
• Track client and practice materials, including business correspondence.
• Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas/forms.
• Conduct appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
• Assist planning assistants, paraplanners, associate financial advisors, and advisors.
• Perform other allowable duties as assigned.

Client Care (10%)
• Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality.
• Set up and maintain client management systems.
• Write notes or letters to clients (administrative nature only).
• Document client contacts/calls.
• Track client special events and make appropriate contact.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in a financial services or professional office environment.
- Familiarity with client management systems or CRM tools.
- Previous administrative support experience.
