Job Description

Their record of success is built by considerable settlements in civil casesandacquittals in criminal cases, but they work in other areas including personal injury, workers compensation, family/divorce law, litigation, real estate law,andmore. Insight Global's client is seeking a full-timeIntakeSpecialistto join their team in the Manchester or Dover, NH office.IntakeSpecialists are often the first point of contact with our firm, who works in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment and conducts interviews with potential new clients. Theintaketeam is an integral part of a thriving firm and works closely with a variety of practice areas.

Day to Day:

Responding to a high volume of live personal injury calls and emails from potential new clients daily.
Managing the potential new client through the entire workflow from first call to assignment and/or decline.
Managing and responding to various lead sources simultaneously.
Conducting phone and occasional in-person interviews of potential new clients to understand their story, and document accurately the details of the potential matter.
Accurately recording information received from potential new clients in the database.
Assuring client confidentiality.
Maintain a working knowledge of outside referral sources.
Participate in regular meetings with attorneys for educational and collaborative purposes.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
1+ year of experience working in the legal or related field highly preferred.
Other industries: banking, healthcare, financial services - could also work.
Some sort of client facing exposure in previous roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Phone support background.
Microsoft Office Suite and strong ability to learn a new database.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
