Job Description
The Collections Representative plays a key role in supporting a big 5 banks' day‑to‑day operations by providing professional, efficient, and customer‑focused service. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with financial obligations, and ensuring high‑quality documentation and compliance. You will work closely with a team in a positive, collaborative environment with ongoing learning opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
Great communication — strong verbal and written abilities.
Microsoft Office proficiency — especially Word and Excel.
2–4 years of experience in financial services, customer service, or collections.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Experience working in a call‑center or close‑team environment.
Comfortable handling sensitive customer data.
