Insight Global is seeking a Project Portfolio Scheduler for a top technology client supporting large-scale regional programs. This individual will play a critical role in developing and managing integrated schedules across a complex project portfolio, ensuring alignment with funding, planning, and delivery milestones. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and brings a strong analytical mindset to drive clarity, consistency, and optimization across regional scheduling efforts. PR: $75-85/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a Project Scheduler / Portfolio Scheduler
Expertise in project portfolio scheduling across multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule management best practices
Experience supporting capital planning, funding approvals, and milestone tracking
Strong reporting experience (milestones, narratives, executive-level reports)
Ability to analyze scheduling constraints and optimize timelines
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, planning, estimating, supply planning)
Advanced data-driven analysis and scenario modeling skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center programs
Background working with regional or enterprise-level portfolios
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Experience developing or improving automation tools for schedule tracking
Prior experience training or onboarding schedulers
Familiarity with program baseline schedules (PBS) and program schedule estimates (PSE)
