Customer Service Representative

Must Haves:

• 2+ Years of experience in customer service role
• Understanding of logistics/warehouse management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.
• Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly



Key Role Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met.
• Work with management to resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
• Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes.
• Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.
• Work within the warehouse and with the Team to coordinate exceptional client satisfaction.

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of client accounts. Their duties include; ensuring that they are up to date with client communications, maintaining order processing, maintaining sku and inventory updates. They are the direct link between the company and clients.


SALARY: 50K
