8+ years of experience in the IT field with previous administration experience
Strong expertise in Windows and Linux Server administration
Experience with VMware, SAN, and Active Directory
Hands-on experience with Azure AD and traditional Active Directory administration
Proficiency with Office365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Python)
Experience with MySQL and relational databases
Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with web servers, DNS, logging, email systems, and backup/disaster recovery tools
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL fundamentals) and ticketing systems
Ability to document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
Experience managing user authentication systems and device management suites
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Additional certifications such as Security +, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, MD-101, PL-900, SC-900, AZ-500, AZ-900, ISO and ITIL certifications
Experience with configuration management and package management tools
Familiarity with IT monitoring systems
Experience with source control systems
Background in mentoring and training junior staff
