As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance platform functionality. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring and customizing ITSM and ITOM modules, developing integrations, and ensuring platform performance, security, and scalability. You will utilize JavaScript, Jelly, Angular, and Glide API to automate workflows and enhance platform functionality. Additionally, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities. You will also maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and development changes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions will be a key part of your role. Regular updates, patches, and system upgrades will be performed to maintain the platform's functionality and security. You will stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to continuously enhance the platforms performance.

Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
