Insight Global is seeking a brilliant Project Manager to coordinate the bidding process, conduct cost analysis, purchasing, confirming installation for all FF&E orders and collaborating closely with vendors and internal partners in order to complete the assigned projects timely and within allocated budget. This is a fully on site position Monday-Friday 8-5 in Downtown Summerlin.
Leads, maintains and promotes exceptional integrity and reputation of the department.
Assists in training and supervision of support team.
Maintains strict confidentiality outside the company of all program design, sources and schedules.
Ability and positive willingness and duty to work the work varying schedules and hours required to meet the business needs of the project at hand, including travel when necessary. A 50 hour work week is typical.
Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and insure effective two way and multicultural communications among all company disciplines as well as the Operational team, vendor base, and service providers.
Leaders as required to ensure delivery and installation of all required FF&E within project schedules and budgets.

Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
A minimum of five (5) years of FF&E purchasing experience required
Manufacturing knowledge of FF&E construction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office application tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
