Required Skills & Experience
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active or eligible Nevada Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on therapy skills
Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Commitment to individualized, high-quality care
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough patient evaluations, including movement assessments and functional analysis
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician recommendations
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments for post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, orthopedic conditions, and movement impairments
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support cohesive patient care
Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-first clinic environment
