Split time between remote and Las Vegas office. Manage tickets via ServiceNow, collaborate through Teams/email. Handle firewall configs, troubleshooting, wireless optimization, and project work. Support deployments, tech debt remediation, and internal teams. Expected to design and implement solutions independently, not just follow instructions.

Cisco Catalyst/Nexus proficiency

Deep understanding of network protocols and architecture
