The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing or internal support role, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers or mission-critical environments.

- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or internal support role.
- Previous titles may include data entry, quality analysis, technical support, help desk, IT support, executive assistant, or customer service representative.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers or mission-critical environments.
- Environmental experience
- IT/help desk readiness
- Power and environmental qualifications
- HVAC and electrical knowledge
- Experience with DCO systems, data centers, or telecom
- Knowledge of power infrastructure and cooling infrastructure, including UPS generators
