The Accounting Director will work closely with the current Controller during a transition period, gradually taking over key financial responsibilities. They will oversee a team of seven handling AR/AP, manage financial reporting, and maintain banking relationships. The role includes supporting delivery operations by resolving invoicing issues and managing supplier bill-backs. This person will also coordinate with payroll (processed via ADP), ensure accurate data entry, and provide light HR support, particularly around workforce structure. The position is on-site, highly collaborative, and central to the companys long-term operational success.

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing
Proven ability to prepare and manage financial statements
Experience managing or mentoring small accounting teams
Strong understanding of operational accounting and issue resolution (e.g., invoicing, bill-backs)
Comfortable working in a confidential, family-owned business environment
Long-term mindset with a collaborative approach
Local to Las Vegas
Familiarity with VIP Software (industry-specific ERP used by beverage wholesalers)
Experience working with union and non-union employee structures
Exposure to HR-related responsibilities or payroll coordination (ADP experience a plus)
Experience managing banking relationships
