A large dental organization is seeking a Sr. Microsoft Teams Engineer to join their team of 3 in Henderson, NV. This individual will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert and assisting in the company wide implementation of Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Teams, including managing templates, direct audio routing, and PBX integration, particularly with RingCentral. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in managing phones, permissions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, licensing, and AV technology as it pertains to Teams Rooms. They will oversee the deployment and management of Microsoft Cloud Video Interop (CVI) and Pexip solutions, including integration with third-party video conferencing systems. They will also troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft Teams, including network-related problems, audio/video quality issues, and integration challenges. This position will be permanent, and working onsite 5 days a week.

5+ years' experience in a technical role focused on Microsoft Teams
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams architecture, features, and integrations, including experience with RingCentral PBX
Understanding of call center solutions
Proficiency in APIs and Power Automate or web hooks for automation/integration purposes
Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and ability to multitask
Familiarity with security best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications in Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365
Experience with cloud-based telephony and communication platforms other such as RingCentral
Experience with NICE inContact for contact center solutions
Knowledge of Python or additional programming languages/scripting tools relevant to system integration and automation
