Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Contracts Coordinator to support a leading healthcare organization in the Las Vegas Area. This role plays a key role in managing physician and non-physician contracts, lease agreements, and financial operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contract terms, auditing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation; monitoring contract expirations and coordinating renewals; and supporting various finance functions such as accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting, KPI reporting, expense management, grant administration, and decision support. This role is a contract to hire position that will convert at $70,000k+. Anyone willing to entertain this role should be prepared to work on-site at one of the facilities for 2-3 days per week.

35 years of professional experience working in healthcare within one of the following disciplines:
- Accounting
- Revenue Cycle
- Financial Analysis
- Legal
Previous experience maintaining and updating contract databases as well as lease agreements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
Comfortable working with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and computer literacy.
Background as a Paralegal, preferably within healthcare.
Experience supporting Google Workspace specifically Google Sheets
