Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to support USSTRATCOM, a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services. This role is part of the SCITLS initiative, which ensures 24/7 IT services and network support across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
The architect will:
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow functionality issues
• Support integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other protocols

Required Skills & Experience
• Active Top Secret clearance; must be eligible for Top Secret/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 15+ years of related experience
• Strong experience in:
o ServiceNow Platform
o Enterprise IT
o Design
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• One of the following: Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master’s Degree in Engineering discipline
