Insight Global is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to join our client onsite in Omaha, NE. As an IT Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT assetsfrom procurement and purchasing through delivery, disbursement, and ongoing trackingprimarily using ServiceNow. Your daily responsibilities will include receiving, tagging, and distributing a wide range of IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, servers, software, and medical tablets. You will handle approximately 80% of ServiceNow asset-related tickets, ensuring timely coordination of asset delivery, accurate documentation, and clear communication with requestors. A key part of your role involves maintaining detailed records of asset inventory, categorizing and tracking assets, and occasionally supporting facility asset management. You will also ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and contribute to optimizing asset utilization across the organization. Additionally, you will play a vital role in organizing and executing the introduction and retirement of IT assets, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. This role can pay between $23/hr - $26/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
