Job Description
We are seeing a Workday Administrator who manages and administers the Workday platform supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance modules for the organization. Responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Workday to ensure seamless operations across the telecommunications company. Coordinates with resources internal and external to IT to ensure all Workday processes and configurations are implemented effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on administration of Workday HCM and Finance
Strong experience configuring Workday security and business processes
Experience managing Workday releases, including testing and deployment
Proven ability to troubleshoot and support production Workday issues
Advanced experience with Workday reporting (custom and ad‑hoc)
