Our client has an exciting opportunity at their Refinery, Pipelines & Terminals facility in Laurel, Montana, for a Residual Marketing Contract Coordinator. This role involves assisting in residual product sales, managing contracts and sales orders, processing departmental accounts payable and receivable, and issuing credit and debit adjustments. Key responsibilities include providing quality customer service by addressing both internal and external inquiries, furnishing contract, invoicing, and adjustment documents upon request, and processing account adjustments as needed. The position supports the Residual Marketing and Refinery Supply departments by working closely with multiple internal teams and maintaining organized records of contracts and invoices. Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies are crucial, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are also required. Additionally, this position will serve as the primary backup for all aspects of the refinery supply division. The pay range is $24.50 - 26.50 / hour.

- Experience in Compliance and/or Contract Administration/Management

- Equivalent combination on education and experience
